You’d say it was shocking luck to be in exactly the wrong place but there does seem to have been a few deaths like this in London over the last few years where windows, signs or doors have fallen on people

I think exactly the same thing happened on city Road last Wednesday (didn't hit anyone that time though). I walked past a luxury flat building site with all the workers out, the next road cordoned off by police and glass being cleaned up everywhere. Wondered at the time of one of the new panes had fallen out. Just opposite the eye hospital.
